Sometimes you need a new roof. Sometimes you don't.
Find the source, see the price, then decide. Inspections are typically scheduled one to two days out, longer in the week after a big storm. Emergencies and active leaks come first.
The problems we repair
Leaks
We trace the leak to its source, which is often somewhere other than the stain on the ceiling.
Missing or damaged shingles
Wind and age take shingles off your roof. Replacing them protects what's underneath.
Flashing problems
Flashing is the metal around chimneys, walls and valleys that keeps water out. It's a common source of leaks.
Pipe boots
The seals around plumbing pipes crack with age and sun, and let water in.
Vent issues
Damaged or poorly sealed vents can leak or stop doing their job.
Minor storm damage
A few damaged shingles or dented vents can often be repaired on their own.
Something else on the roof? Tell us about it.
Your repair visit, start to finish.
Tell us what you see
A leak, a stain, shingles in the yard.
We find the source
A project manager tracks the problem to where it starts.
You see the problem and the price
We show you the problem and the price to fix it before any work starts. There's no trip charge.
We fix it
If it's urgent and you want it handled, we can often make the repair during that visit. If you'd like time to decide, take it.
When a roof needs more than a repair
Some roofs need more than patching. When this is the case, we'll work with you to figure out what solution makes sense for you.
The inspection report shows what the project manager found. What comes next is your decision.
